We had our groundbreaking service on Saturday, May 12, 2018.

We were welcomed by Steve K, chairman of the building committee.

The construction company is Scenic Ridge.

Ambassador John Craig, great-grandson of Minnie Stauffer, was present. Minnie Stauffer started Elizabethtown Mennonite Church in 1905.

Every person young and old was invited to turn a shovel of dirt to start our project.

Due to the rain, construction start was delayed until May 21.
